The Structural Engineer will work closely with the Director of Engineering & Design, electrical engineers, VDC/BIM, manufacturing, fabrication, QA/QC, rigging, and field operations to ensure every 5K Power product is structurally sound, manufacturable, transportable, liftable, and capable of safely supporting the equipment and loads for which it is designed. A major responsibility of this position will be developing engineered lifting and rigging solutions, including lifting points, pad eyes, spreader-bar connection points, forklift pockets, crane pick points, and other methods used to safely move and install 5K Power equipment.
