This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining robust test systems that support high-quality output and on-time delivery. The role directly contributes to operational excellence by enhancing test coverage, reducing failure rates, and improving throughput. As a cross-functional collaborator, Electrical Engineer will work closely with production, quality, engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams to ensure that test operations are aligned with customer requirements and business objectives. Principal Accountabilities: Test Development & Implementation • Design, develop, and maintain end-of-line and in-process test systems, including Functional Verification Testing (FVT), boundary scan, flying probe, automated and manual test setups, etc. • Implement scalable and reliable test solutions to support both New Product Introduction (NPI) and ongoing production requirements that align with customer requirements for product testing, validation, and field performance. • Collaborate with the Sales and Program Management teams to grow test capabilities and offerings with both new and existing customers, ensuring alignment with their evolving needs. • Support customer site visits and technical reviews. • Ensure all test systems are properly documented, validated, and compliant with internal quality standards and customer-specific requirements. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement • Analyze test data to identify trends, improve first-pass yield, reduce false failures, and drive cycle time reduction. • Develop and maintain KPIs to track test effectiveness and support site-wide continuous improvement programs. • Actively participate in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen events to optimize workflow, eliminate waste, and elevate test throughput. • Provide feedback to engineering and design teams on test-related product improvements and optimization opportunities. Cross-Functional & Customer-Focused Support • Collaborate with production, planning, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of test processes into daily operations. • Support technician training and troubleshooting, ensuring consistency and adherence to test procedures. • Provide technical support during customer visits, audits, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs). • Contribute to cross-site standardization of test methods, process documentation, and best practicesEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in test engineering within electronics manufacturing</li><li>Proven hands-on experience with test development tools and platforms</li><li>Strong knowledge of electronic assemblies and troubleshooting tools</li><li>Understanding of industry standards (e.g., IPC, ISO 13485, AS9100) and how they apply to test strategy and execution.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements in test coverage, yield, and efficiency</li><li>Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage cross-functional teams.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>401(k) with up to 3% company match</li><li>Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Short Term Disability Insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Sick time</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Monday- Friday </li><li>OT is required, as needed. Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for repairing, maintaining, and installing different kinds of electrical systems.  Determines the layouts and testing of electrical patterns. <ul><li>Reads blueprints, runs conduit, and wires devices.</li><li>Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and code specifications for determining wiring layouts.</li><li>Performs upgrades or preventive maintenance to electrical control systems.</li><li>Runs tests, isolates problems, replaces damaged sections of wiring, and layout circuits.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>A High School Diploma is required; prefer some trade or technical school classes. </li><li>3+ years’ work experience as an electrician apprentice.</li><li>Electrician apprenticeship.</li><li>License as a Journeyman or Electrician to meet state requirements.</li><li>Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials common to the electrical trade.</li><li>Knowledge of applicable electrical codes, standards, and regulations.</li><li>Knowledge of electrical applications for high and low-voltage electric systems.</li><li>Skill in the installation, repair, and maintenance of all types of electrical system equipment and components.</li><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision.</li><li>Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of commercial construction industry-related products and tools.</li><li>Skill in both verbal and written communication.</li></ul>

POSITION SUMMARY 
Timber Products' Particleboard mill in Medford Oregon is looking for a technical supervisor to oversee the electrical department. This position supports the Company in meeting its production goals by supervising the mill’s electrical equipment maintenance activities; ensures minimal downtime for equipment maintenance and repairs. Assigns and supervises the work of designated maintenance personnel during construction, installation, modification, maintenance and repairs of electrical and mechanical equipment and systems in the Particleboard plant. Implements preventative maintenance programs. Supervises Mechanical crews as needed. Ensures a safe and efficient work environment by communicating and administering established Company quality, production, safety, and human resource policies and practices. 
MAJOR TASKS 
•	Supervises all equipment maintenance and repair activities for the Medford Particleboard plant. Makes frequent decisions regarding maintenance schedules, priority of equipment repairs, overtime, and staffing needs. Supervises and leads employees to ensure minimal equipment downtime for maintenance and repair. Assists in resolving technical equipment repair problems, and may perform maintenance tasks as needed. 
•	Responsible for completing projects on time and within budget. 
•	Orders parts, equipment and tools, and contracts with outside services as necessary. 
•	May assist in designing or modifying present equipment to meet production needs 
•	Develops and maintains the preventative maintenance program for the designated operations. 
•	Implements the specific maintenance schedules for assigned mill equipment, and ensures that they are carried out. 
•	Assists with environmental affairs including meeting air and water quality standards, testing and meeting permit requirements. 
•	Responsible for working with assigned safety committees, assisting with inspections and investigations and following up on hazard reporting. 
•	Assists in maintaining quality control standards to maximize company profitability and achieve customer satisfaction. 
•	Completes administrative paperwork and reporting related to production reports, scheduling, personnel actions, timekeeping and safety. 
•	Responsible for administering company policies and procedures. SKILL REQUIREMENTS 
•	A minimum of 2 years of electrical/maintenance supervisory experience, preferably in a wood products or other manufacturing environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
•	Knowledge and practical success supervising industrial mechanical/electrical maintenance crews. 
•	Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, management and contractors. 
•	2 Years formal, technical training in electrical/mechanical principles. Requires the ability to read blue prints. PLC and HMI expertise is essential. OR Licensed Electrician preferred. 
•	Must have computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and the ability to learn and use company specific software.
