The APP will evaluate acute clinical changes, develop evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians, and work closely with nursing, case management, consultants, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality patient care. This role focuses on providing comprehensive inpatient care for hospitalized and observation patients through admissions, daily rounding, clinical assessments, and ongoing management of acute and chronic medical conditions.
