Together, we can make a difference while building a rewarding career!Job SummaryJEO’s Electrical Department provides expertise and services in low, medium, and high voltage projects.  Projects types range from Arc Flash, Utility and Industrial Facilities Power Systems, Sports Field and Street Lighting, to Distribution, Sub-Transmission, and Substation design. We also help clients with Long-Range and Capital Improvement Plans. The Electrical Engineer will support and serve industrial and municipal clients as well as internal JEO department needs. Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Develop electrical design plans and contract documents</li><li>Provide on-site inspection services</li><li>Ensure completeness of the design related forms and reports</li><li>Develop and review cost estimates and calculation of construction quantities</li><li>Oversee layout and/or review plans</li></ul> Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equal</li><li>2+ years' experience working in the electrical engineering industry</li><li>Experience with low or medium voltage projects</li><li>Engineer in Training (EIT) certification</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>4+ years' experience working in the electrical engineering industry</li><li>Professional Engineer (PE) License</li><li>Electrical distribution system modeling software experience</li><li>PLS CADD experience</li><li>Desire to engage in client development and marketing activities</li></ul>With offices throughout the Midwest, JEO is proud to offer a robust benefits package designed to support and protect our employees and their loved ones. Requirements:</div><ul><li style="text-align:justify">Must be available to work fully onsite in Pierce County, NE.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Hands-on experience with SCADA and fiber optics.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Skilled in electrical and fiber testing (IE, TTR, VLF, ODTR, Fall of Potential, VOC's, etc.).</li><li style="text-align:justify">Experience using Unifier for recording, naming, and uploading electrical installation QC photographs.</li></ul><div style="text-align:justify">Responsibilities:</div><ul><li style="text-align:justify">Act as the site Electrical Supervisor and clearly define responsibilities.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Collaborate with EPC, subcontractors, and other site teams.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Review and verify drawings, submittals, and specifications.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on progress, quality, and safety.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Coordinate with safety, engineering, and quality control teams.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Support field commissioning and turnover activities.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Ensure safety remains the top priority by following company rules and policies.</li></ul></div>
