You will lead complex electrical development efforts-covering wiring architecture, schematics, harnesses, component selection, motor/drive systems, sensors, protection devices, panel/enclosure layouts, electric heat integration, A2L refrigerant detection, and agency compliance-while providing technical leadership across NPD teams.
