Desired Characteristics & Experience: Strong background in electrical systems engineering, requirements decomposition, and PCB/schematic design for power and control boards (gate drivers, sensors, DSP/control boards, HVDC filters, EMI filters), including DO160/MIL-STD-461/MIL-STD-704‑aware design practices and integration with system‑level requirements. Plan and execute verification and validation of digital power conversion hardware and systems, including procedure authorship, lab setup, and execution of environmental, functional, and performance tests (e.g., DO160/MIL-STD-461/MIL-STD-704‑type conditions, thermal, vibration, electrical stress).
