3–5 years of experience as an Electrician, Industrial Electrician, or Journeyman Electrician • Strong ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and one-lines • Working knowledge of electrical theory, materials, controls, motors, and industrial equipment • Experience using hand and power tools associated with electrical work • Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems in an industrial environment • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds • Ability to bend, climb, squat, reach, and kneel • Valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications • Completion of an electrician apprenticeship, technical school, or trade program • Journeyman Electrician license preferred • Experience in industrial manufacturing, modular manufacturing, or contract manufacturing environments • Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs, electrical calibration, and equipment reliability systems • Experience supporting modular data center infrastructure, power systems, or electrical integration operations • PLC troubleshooting or controls experience preferred • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
