Duties and Responsibilities: Apply an extensive level of knowledge of electrical work, and a working knowledge of most of the shop skills, i.e., electric and gas welding, black smithing, rigging, pipe fitting, machine tool setup and operation, sheet metal layout and working, heavy and light machinery repair, construction, maintenance and installation, etc. Essential job functions are performed in all types of weather conditions, some work may be performed inside plant buildings, but many are performed outside; this involves the employee to work in hot, humid, wet, dusty, cool, and cold environments - most work is performed underground.
