Support and execute the IRGRA Workflow Program, including site inspections, preventive maintenance, contractor and vendor management, tenant retention initiatives, leasing support, environmental and life safety compliance activities, budget preparation, capital planning, and management of property improvement projects. As the primary on-site operational leader, this hands-on role oversees building systems, contractors, maintenance activities, tenant needs, and capital projects to ensure the property is operated safely and efficiently, in accordance with company and client expectations.
