Provides clinical services including conducting health assessments, recording medical and psychosocial history, record symptoms, conduct physical examinations, assessments, develop treatment plans including ordering medications or other therapies, diagnose problems, provide patient education and counseling, referrals and follow-up as necessary including collaboration with other healthcare providers. This may include working in a special needs or Red Cross shelter, or performing other emergency duties including, but not limited to, responses to or threats involving any disaster or threat of disaster, man-made or natural.
