You will work closely with Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Vehicle Integration, Service Engineering, Product Management, Data Analytics, and Fleet Operations teams to identify software failure modes, validate corrective actions, and ensure software releases achieve the required reliability and operational performance in the field. Cross-Functional Problem Resolution: Work directly with Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Vehicle Integration, Product Management, Service Engineering, Field Quality, Warranty Engineering, and Fleet Operations teams to drive rapid issue closure.
