Experience may be obtained in the federal government, a state or local government, or private sector, and must demonstrate the following: Leading projects or coordinating external communications with tribal governments, federal, state, or local partners; AND, Developing briefings, correspondence, or communication products by advising or analyzing policies, programs, or concerns; AND, Building relationships or consensus among stakeholders with diverse interests, competing priorities, or perspectives; AND, Delivering disaster assistance or coordinating emergency management programs for tribal nations.
