Develops, plans, leads, and participates in educational training and outreach activities to include program development and presentation of lectures and workshops that enables and empowers University faculty and staff to act in an emergency in accordance with the Universitys Emergency Operations Plan. Serves as University liaison to local, state, and national agencies, including but not limited to Putnam County Emergency Management Agency, City of Cookeville, Putnam County, Tennessee Department of Health, and all other partner agencies required to affect a safe and secure campus.
