Required: Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of consulting or industry experience in M&A Human Capital, including change management, communications, organizational design and development, Human Resources (HR) strategy or operations, or talent solutions; or a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and 6+ years of consulting or industry experience in M&A Human Capital, including change management, communications, organizational design and development, HR strategy or operations, or talent solutions. As an M&A Integration and Divestiture (I&D) Senior Manager on the Human Capital Life Sciences and Health Care (LSHC) team, you will be responsible for: Lead end-to-end M&A Human Capital integration and separation engagements, from due diligence and planning through Day 1 readiness and post-close execution working with LSHC clients.
