Master's degree in Human Resources, Educational Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred 2. Massachusetts DESE licensure as School Administrator/Director preferred or eligible 3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or public school administration 4. Strong knowledge of Massachusetts employment law, collective bargaining, and educator licensure requirements 5. REPORTS TO: SUPERVISES: JOB GOAL: Assistant Superintendent for Finance and School Operations Human Resources Specialist and other assigned Human Resources personnel To provide district-level leadership and oversight of human resources systems and services, ensuring effective recruitment, compliance, labor relations support, and employee support functions.
