As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for directing sales staff, overseeing sales channels, optimizing performance, and ensuring the highest level of customer service. You will be responsible for recruiting new talent, training, supervising, leading, counseling, and motivating the sales staff to meet quotas and achieve profitability targets. You must possess strong negotiating skills and be willing to lead the team in developing the territory by initiating contact with prospective customers, creating proposals, delivering product demonstrations, and presenting value propositions. <ul><li>Manage sales team performance to ensure both individual and team goals are consistently met </li><li>Track and monitor sales activities to ensure each team member meets territory penetration objectives </li><li>Oversee the execution of CNW's strategic marketing plan </li><li>Conduct regular sales meetings to share updates on policies, procedures, and best practices </li><li>Develop team skills and knowledge through one-on-one training and mentorship </li><li>Provide ongoing coaching to help staff overcome challenges and leverage individual strengths </li><li>Foster positive team morale, collaboration, and synergy </li><li>Manage day-to-day employee relations matters promptly and effectively </li><li>Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving issues to meet both customer and organizational standards </li></ul><ul><li>REQUIRED: Minimum of 3 years of B2B copier sales experience within the copier industry </li><li>REQUIRED: Proven experience managing a sales team </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) </li><li>Strong negotiation skills and a demonstrated track record of success across the full sales cycle, from planning through closing </li><li>Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills </li><li>Ability to lead with integrity and maintain discretion in all business matters </li></ul>Compensation and Benefits <ul><li>Base Salary plus Commissions - competitive total compensation package </li><li>Regular Sales Contests </li><li>Annual Presidents Club </li><li>Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance </li><li>401K with Employer Match </li></ul>Copiers Northwest (CNW) is committed to maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace.
