The Strategic Operations section provides support, improvements, and training for the City's permitting software Accela and ACA, GIS addressing/training/inquiries (mapping and data), data research and analytics [for the Development Advisory Committee (DAC), City Manager's Office (CMO), Media, developers and City Council Members], Public Information Requests (PIR), hardware/software support for CFW owned devices, computers and work stations, department business process improvements (BPIs), and Lean Six Sigma project improvements. Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify current processes and capabilities; analyze historical data to capture trends; identifies future needs; conducts needs and gap analyses; and identifies opportunities for process improvements, innovation, and automation.
