You'll also monitor and operate security systems (access control, alarms, CCTV, and intelligence platforms) to detect, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical threats affecting people, property, operations, or brand and sometimes dispatch security personnel, notify emergency services as needed, and assist with cross team training. Under the direction of the GSOC Supervisor, you will operate in a 24/7 GSOC environment, utilizing a variety of tools, including access control systems, alarm monitoring, open-source media, and internal resources, to identify, assess, and escalate incidents that may impact the organization.
