The Engineering Manager is primarily responsible for the ongoing supervision, planning and development of engineering department personnel, for preparing product designs, submittal packages for our customers, checking and stamping drawings as needed along with providing technical support to our customers and internal departments (sales, production, estimation). Lead and scale an integrated engineering and drafting staff, aligning resources, roles, and workflows to deliver consistent throughput, quality, and service levels across the region.
