Rapid Prototyping & Fabrication: Fabricate mechanical components and assemblies using diverse processes including 3D printing, CNC machining, and manual fabrication Complex Assembly: Build and integrate structural components, precision actuators and gearboxes, wire electronics, ensuring precision and fit for complex robotic systems Testing & Validation Support: Support engineering teams in conceptualizing and executing experiments, running mechanical safety tests (crush/force testing), performance validation, and reliability studies Lab & Material Management: Manage lab materials and organization including tools and consumables.
