The College Career Specialist will independently, advise and guide CSUF students to prepare and compete for internships, professional employment, and graduate and professional school opportunities within the College of Business and Economic, which involves a high degree of judgment, imagination, and administrative planning to develop creative solutions. Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent from an accredited four-year college or university in a related field including or supplemented by upper division or graduate course work in counseling techniques, interviewing, and conflict resolution plus three years of professional student services work in the field.
