Working as part of the Learning & Development function, the Knowledge Manager partners with L&D colleagues, Communications, Information Systems (IS), technical leaders, subject matter experts, project teams, and other business functions to connect formal learning with knowledge available in the flow of work. Our portfolio includes over 100 LEED Platinum projects as well as dozens of projects that have either achieved or are pursuing the Living Building Challenge, Passive House, Architecture 2030, Carbon Neutral, Net Zero Energy, and Net Zero Water.
