This role not only develops engineering strategic project scopes and actionable plans to support current and future CAPEX investments, but also implements best practices, procedures, and controls in project, maintenance, and facility management such as Installation, Operation qualification, risk management, FAT, preventive maintenance plans, spare parts inventories, CMMS, and work order systems for all plant assets. This role works very closely with functional leaders and plant employees in Production, Quality, Logistics, Supply Chain, HR, and other support functions during the planning, design, construction, modification, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities in operations.
