Advanced knowledge of QA program requirements and key construction codes (e.g., ASME B31.3, ASME Section IX, API 570, API 578); advanced proficiency with inspection tools (e.g., weld gauges, bridge cam gauges, hi-lo gauges, digital calipers, pressure test gauges, hydrostatic test pumps); working knowledge of NDE methods and procedures (RT, UT, MT, PT). Maintain piping QA documentation and reporting ensuring all QA activities are properly documented and communicated to the QA Manager, contractor QC teams, and engineering, while identifying quality trends, systemic issues, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement of the QA program throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
