The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Chinese, possess excellent sales skills, and thrive in a fast-paced food service environment. This is an outside sales position responsible for promoting the company’s products and services and for building relationships with new and existing accounts. The focus is to help Aroma customers succeed while achieving sales and profit goals established by the company. This position may require working some non-traditional hours (evening, weekends, and holidays) to successfully meet customer’s needs. Duties: <ul><li>Make and achieve sales plan</li><li>Identify and maintain a list of potential customers</li><li>Call on accounts and identify product needs, demonstrate and obtain orders</li><li>Complete orders and process through appropriate order entry</li><li>Coordinate delivery, make delivery route and make essential delivery instructionsfor drivers</li><li>Performs initial follow-up work with customer ensuring delivery and productsatisfaction.
