Master's Degree with TESOL/TEFL/TESL/ELT/ Applied Linguistics or closely related field emphasis PLUS a teaching certificate (CELTA/TESOL or equivalent with supervised teaching practicum). Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings, including but not limited to Faculty Meetings and IEC Annual Retreat, by providing feedback on curriculum, assessment, placement, progress, and promotion, or other program-related matters.
