<div>We are looking for talented professionals who will help students achieve self-confidence, motivation, and academic success. After a paid training period to learn our methods, you will spend your time teaching and making a difference in children’s lives. We provide the curriculum and develop individualized programs for each student. There are no lesson plans to create or homework assignments to grade, just teaching and helping each child grow! Huntington Learning Centers have been helping students succeed in school for more than 45 years. The Opportunity:</div><ul><li>Work with students in a 1 to 1 setting, or across a small group up to 4.</li><li>Focus on classroom skill development and ACT/SAT test prep.</li><li>Flexible, part-time hours.</li><li>Paid training and professional development opportunities. </li></ul><div>Teaching Hours:</div><ul><li>School Year: Monday - Thursday, 2-8:30 pm; Saturdays 8:30am-2:30pm.</li><li>Summer (June 1): Monday - Thursday 9am-7pm; Saturdays 9am-3pm. </li></ul><div>Requirements Include:</div><ul><li>A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required.</li><li>Expertise in Reading, Writing, English, and/or Literature.</li><li>Certification/license as well as ACT/SAT experience a plus, but not required.</li></ul> About Huntington Learning Center:We are a family-owned, small business that operates five, franchised Huntington Learning Centers. We also provide subject specific tutoring in math and science. All tutoring is done by certified teachers. We are proud to be active members of our communities as we are involved with both the La Grange Park Chamber and and West Suburban Chamber of Commerce. We reserve our greatest pride for the hundreds of students that we have helped in the 20 plus years that we have been open. At the 2018 National Convention, Huntington honored outstanding centers with awards for center growth, student enrollment, customer service and other achievements. Garry Fairfield of the La Grange, IL center was awarded the Commitment to Student Success Award and Executive Chairman&rsquo;s Club Award for superior customer service.

We are currently seeking bilingual speakers (English & Korean) to participate in an audio data collection project. The objective is to record short, natural conversations to support the development of voice recognition technologies.

<h3>Job Summary</h3>We are currently seeking bilingual speakers (English & Korean) to participate in an audio data collection project. The objective is to record short, natural conversations to support the development of voice recognition technologies.This is a short-term, remote opportunity with flexible scheduling.<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li> Complete a 30-minute paid training session</li><li> Participate in 8 short conversation recordings (~5 minutes each) </li><li> Use an online recording tool (similar to Zoom; no camera required) </li><li> Engage in natural, everyday conversations (e.g., shopping, travel, planning) </li></ul> During sessions:<ul><li> One speaker will communicate in English</li><li> The other will communicate in Korean</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li> Native English speaker with good Korean understanding, or</li><li> Native Korean speaker currently based in the US or UK</li><li> Comfortable speaking naturally in conversational settings </li><li> Access to a laptop and microphone</li><li> No prior experience required </li></ul> A 1-minute audio sample is required for screening.<h3>Project Details</h3><ul><li>Duration: ~3.5 hours total (including training) </li><li>Schedule: Flexible </li><li>Location: Remote </li></ul><h3>Compensation</h3><ul><li>USD 15 per hour (includes training and recording sessions) </li></ul><h3>Application Requirements</h3><ul><li> Availability </li><li> Number of speakers (if applying as a group)</li></ul><ul></ul>
