Assists with the management of various employee leaves of absence by providing guidance to employees and managers, communicating with our leave vendor to ensure timely processing of leave requests, and coordinating with payroll to ensure accurate payment of leave benefits. Supports recruitment efforts by screening applicants, scheduling on-site interviews, conducting background and reference checks, sending follow-up communication to applicants and new hires, coordinating the new hire process and assisting with orientation, new hire paperwork and I-9’s, and other onboarding activities.
