Employee orientation, development, and training Qualications A bachelor's degree and three to ve years of HR experience, or a master's degree in HR management and two years of experience in the HR eld, or seven years of experience in the HR eld, or any similar combination of education and experience.*Bilingual English / Spanish required Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benets, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
