Core Responsibilities: New Business Ownership: build and work the target list across leagues, rights holders, brands, tours, agencies, festivals, and venue operators, resulting in closed deals Technical Discovery: lead scoping conversations directly, partnering with BMG's solutions architects on costs, equipment, and crew plans Deal Size Growth: move the mix upmarket toward multi-event packages and season-long agreements rather than one-off shows Repeat Revenue: convert every first show into a named next opportunity before the current show strikes Cross-Sell: bring additional BMG offerings such as creative services, REMI & cloud production, master control/channel playout, Media Asset Management, and embedded staffing into relationships that may begin as a single event Market Presence: represent BMG at industry events where this business is sourced, worked against a named target list rather than a badge Pipeline Discipline: maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and activity records, and report bid volume and win rate against plan. What Were Looking For Required: Experience: 7+ years selling live production, broadcast, or live event services, with a record of six-figure project wins Network: An active, current network across live sports or live entertainment production that you can name and activate Production Fluency: REMI and remote production, control room and truck operations, live streaming, and crewing, credible in a scoping call without technical support Background: Production experience or deep exposure to it, executive producer, line producer, technical producer, production manager, or a seller who has spent years in this market Communication Skills: Translating production capability into commercial value for producers, marketing leaders, and executives Daily AI experience; ability to use AI for account research, target list building, and proposal development Willingness to travel to shows and industry events, and comfort selling bespoke scope rather than a price sheet.
