Position Summary:
The Food & Beverage Staff is a hands-on position, providing the highest degree of professional catering and concessions service to guests with the goal of achieving customer satisfaction and retention.   This role pays an hourly rate of $10.00 and is tip eligible. Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until July 24, 2026.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Follow instructions for each event as given by the Director of F&B.</li><li>Service guests in a professional manner consistent with established standards and guidelines.</li><li>Work consists of both catering and concession operations, including alcohol.  </li><li>Handle cash register sales and reconciliation forms. </li><li>Adhere to organizational and sanitation guidelines established by the F&B director & corporate. </li><li>Check the guest's IDs to verify the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages. </li><li>Recognizing guests that are visibly intoxicated and taking action to cut off alcohol to such individuals. </li><li>Complete opening and closing daily checklists. </li><li>Assist with collecting all banquet equipment to include flatware, China, glassware, and serving pieces needed for each event. </li><li>Assist with preparing and opening and closing concession stands. </li><li>Assist with preparation and setup of the event room when necessary.</li><li>Attend pre-function meeting for briefing of event details. </li><li>Provide friendly and courteous customer service at all times. </li><li>Remain at assigned station and perform duties as assigned according to each event. </li><li>Breakdown tables and banquet equipment after each event. </li><li>Clean and return serving pieces to the proper storage area. </li><li>Adhere to strict grooming standards and policies of the company. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned and deemed necessary. </li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>High School diploma or GED (or any equivalent combination of education and experience).</li><li>Prior customer service experience is preferred.</li><li>Must be able to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on the event schedule.  </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  </li><li>Can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.  </li><li>Must be comfortable multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Cash handling ability to provide change accurately.  </li><li>Ability to input data into a computer to record sales transactions.  </li><li>Basic computer skills in typing and data entry with Microsoft Office products and internet platforms. </li></ul>

The Changeover Attendant assists in event setup activities and operations for the facility and provides responsible staff assistance to the Operations Supervisor and Manager.  This role pays an hourly rate of $10.00 to $11.00 Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.  This position will remain open until July 17, 2026.

Qualifications:
<ul><li>High School diploma or GED (or any equivalent combination of education and experience) </li><li>Prior customer service experience is preferred   </li><li>Able to move heavy objects of at least 50 pounds or more </li><li>Access to reliable transportation  </li><li>Must be able to work shifts including nights, weekends and holidays dependent on events schedule  </li><li>Stand and walk for four to six hours at a time  </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team  </li><li>Can communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing  </li><li>Must be comfortable multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment </li></ul>
