Sign-on Bonus at 90 days of $600! 11 paid Holidays. + RESPONSIBILITIES: + Follow all Amcor safety and environmental policies and procedures + Follow OSHA rules and regulations + Monitor quality of product; inspects bottles for defects, inspects boxes for damage and properly follows customer pack patterns + Communicates and cooperates with other employees in a positive and constructive manner to achieve the Goals of the Department and the Plant. + Properly seal, label and stack cartons of finished product + Palletizes boxes weighing up to 35 lbs, band/utilizes pallet loads, moves pallets to staging area, operates pallet jack as required and trained + Hand pack bottles according to written instructions + Basic entry level operation of packing equipment + Clear product jams as needed and trained + Ensure needed packaging supplies and labels are in production area + Performs janitorial work; sweep, clean and wipe down machinery, maintains a clean and orderly work area + Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines; wear protective clothing, long-sleeved shirt, jeans or slacks, hair net, latex gloves and practices good hygiene + Consistently lift boxes that weigh 35lbs. + Maintain correct carton and skid count on production form each assigned machine + Verify correct weight and counts + Stand for up to 12 hours a day packing bottles in cartons + Construct cardboard boxes from collapsed cartons + Sort held ware correctly + Willing and able to work overtime when needed + Identify and report violations and unsafe conditions to appropriate personnel + Effectively respond in an Emergency Situation such as Fire, and Accident and direct the activities of others + Follow all Department Procedures and Directives + All other duties as assigned Qualifications + QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: + Must have the ability to multi-task + Must be able to pass a background check and drug test + Must be able to monitor quality of machine output + Capable of lifting (up to 35 pounds). + Able to work in a production environment, recognizing various sounds and alarms + Must be able to follow all department procedures and directives. + Must be able to perform all duties in a safe and effective manner. Job Summary:The Major Accounts Manager is responsible for developing and implementing account strategies that align with the account's sales plan and growth objectives. This position will be responsible for delivering profitable year-over-year revenue growth that aligns with organizational financial objectives. Works cross-functionally with marketing, product management, R&D, supply chain and operations to deliver solutions to meet customer needs. The Major Accounts Manager will monitor the industry, business environment, and competitors to develop action plans for expanding sales within the accounts. They will also utilize customer feedback and insights to collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and suggest new products to support their channel needs.
