Reception activities including answering incoming & making appointment reminder calls, checking clients in/out for appointments, scheduling appointments, verifying client insurance coverage, maintaining conference room schedules, mail distribution.Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
