With 38 offices located in North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia, PRG offers the ability to provide services worldwide by collaborating with our local partners.<h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>May or may not coordinate the workload within department and or act as department lead </li></ul><ul><li>Maintain, configure for orders, check-in and repair the Company’s equipment resources in the warehouse.  This includes completing the configuration (preparation), repair and return of equipment in assigned area of responsibility in the time frame and order specified by and set forth by management.</li><li>Accurately scan equipment barcodes and enter quantity count data into TEAM when performing check-out or check-in tasks, ensuring that the data entered is accurate and comprehensive. </li><li>Ensure that the quality of all equipment prepared in assigned area of responsibility meets or exceeds standards of performance defined by Company guidelines </li><li>Complete Company paperwork as required </li><li>Re-stock equipment correctly according to standards set forth by the depot </li></ul><ul><li>Participate in the loading and unloading of equipment from delivery vehicles </li><li>Participates in set-up, operation and break-down of client shows, including but not limited to, corporate events, tradeshows, exhibits, concerts, theatrical productions, etc. </li><li>Ability to perform all levels of work from level II </li><li>Does related work as required </li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Minimum of five years of experience in one of the following disciplines: lighting, video, rigging, and/or logistics.  </li><li>High School Diploma or its' equivalent     </li><li>Trade show, technical school, or post High School training in an appropriate field may be substituted in whole or in part for the experience requirement above. </li><li>Strong customer service with ability to self-manage </li><li>Excellent knowledge of the technical principles of operation and maintenance of the electronic equipment to which the incumbent is assigned </li><li>Excellent knowledge of the principles and practices of workplace safety </li><li>Excellent understanding of equipment within department as well as an understanding of how equipment integrates with the entire show </li><li>Proven ability to quickly identify and troubleshoot problems </li><li>Excellent or working knowledge of common computer productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office; the ability to learn and utilize PRG proprietary software </li><li>Excellent knowledge of safe motor vehicle operation and current licensing appropriate to the vehicle(s) operated (clean driving record or need not apply)  </li></ul><ul><li>Customer service orientation; tact; professionalism  </li><li>Physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position; must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. </li></ul><p> </p><h2>EEO and Disclosure</h2><p><em>PRG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
