In this position, under the direction of senior staff, you would support all aspects of transportation related structural design and engineering projects including assisting in field work, preparing plan sets, performing design calculations, detailing, and assisting in the preparation of construction documents. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may receive annual incentive compensation bonuses, spot bonuses, and merit-based salary increases, providing opportunities to increase earnings beyond base pay.
