Talent Acquisition Specialist LhoistTalent Acquisition SpecialistCalera, ALDay-to-day responsibilities will include development of offer letters, initiation and review of pre-hire screens and assessments, support of new hire orientation, assistance with updating job position descriptions, scheduling candidate screenings and participating in interviews, providing reoccurring updates to hiring managers, HRBPs, and stakeholders, communicating and processing candidate dispositions, and other HR tasks, as needed (i.e. employee benefits, employee engagement). As needed, maintain and track networking relationships in the mining industry, local communities, local high schools, college/universities, professional organizations, and trade schools to introduce potential candidates to the Company.
