This role ensures optimal inventory positioning through advanced forecasting techniques, root cause corrective action (RCCA) analysis, right-sizing to ensure appropriate inventory turns, and measuring & driving performance to achieve key metrics (monthly fill rate, net sales, and forecast accuracy), while maintaining alignment with Product Support Agreements (PSAs). Provide forecast development and ongoing support for Network Providers and aircraft fleet customers, including those with platinum or higher-tier service level agreements (including Fleet customers), ensuring alignment with contractual service expectations and demand profiles.
