<h5>Job Title </h5><p>Transportation Construction Project Manager </p><h5>Experience Qualification </h5><p>Some experience in transportation construction preferred. Experience may be in the following sectors: federal, state, municipal, ports or marina projects. </p><h5>Responsibilities </h5><p>Project assignments including on-site representation of client, preparation of project documentation, cost estimating, scheduling, plan review, research of records, quality control/quality assurance inspection and materials testing and oversight. May perform a review of project records, schedules, and as-built construction to evaluate change orders and requests for extension of time. Independently apply techniques and analyze for problems and methods. Ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables. </p><p>Receive training, participation in company activities, and administrative duties. Other duties as assigned. </p><h5>Qualifications </h5><p>Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Architecture, or related field. </p><p>FE/EIT preferred. Knowledge of engineering principles of construction management and project controls. Knowledge of one of the following services: critical path method scheduling, cost estimating, project budgeting, delay analysis, constructibility and design review, inspections, quantity take-offs.
