Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain CPQ solutions using Logik.io (ServiceNow CPQ Configurator)Administer and manage Logik environments, including rules, product models, pricing logic, and workflowsConfigure and support integrations between CPQ, Salesforce, and downstream systems using KBridgeTranslate business requirements into scalable CPQ configurations and solutionsPartner closely with sales, operations, and IT teams to support and optimize the quote‑to‑cash processSupport end‑to‑end CPQ processes including product configuration, pricing, quoting, and order integrationEnsure alignment between CPQ configurations, Salesforce data models, and sales processesTroubleshoot configuration and integration issues, including KBridge‑related data flows and errorsParticipate in testing efforts (IT Validations, UAT), including writing and executing test scenariosSupport system enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement initiativesDocument configurations, integrations, processes, and best practicesRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in CPQ, with strong hands‑on configuration experienceProven experience with Logik.io (ServiceNow CPQ Configurator), including administration and configurationStrong understanding of CPQ processes (product modeling, pricing, quoting, and order flows)Experience with Salesforce and understanding of its data model and sales processesHands‑on experience with KBridge for CPQ integrationsAbility to translate business requirements into technical configurationsExperience supporting sales organizations and understanding of sales lifecycle workflowsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionallyPreferred Qualifications Experience integrating CPQ with ERP or downstream order management systemsFamiliarity with manufacturing or complex product environmentsExperience working in Agile environmentsExposure to testing practices (SIT/UAT) and QA collaborationKey Competencies Strong functional + technical balanceAttention to detail in configuration and logic designBusiness process understanding (sales and quote‑to‑cash)Problem‑solving and ownership mindsetAbility to work independently while collaborating across teamsWhat We Offer We take care of our people – because when you're supported, you can do your best work.
