Responsibilities:
<ul style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#000000;font-weight:400">Assist in managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#000000;font-weight:400">Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#000000;font-weight:400">Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#000000;font-weight:400">Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#000000;font-weight:400">Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, effectively communicating directives.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#000000;font-weight:400">All other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
<ul style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#0d0d0d;font-weight:400">Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#0d0d0d;font-weight:400">Perform and lead teams in light housekeeping, heavy housekeeping, and laundry aide duties across varying shifts.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#0d0d0d;font-weight:400">Lead staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions; ensure timely completion of projects and programs.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#0d0d0d;font-weight:400">Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment while using HCSG computer software.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#0d0d0d;font-weight:400">Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff; communicate directives effectively.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#0d0d0d;font-weight:400">Use protective gear appropriately; ensure safe use of cleaning solutions and adherence to safety precautions.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#0d0d0d;font-weight:400">Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and timely completion of tasks.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#0d0d0d;font-weight:400">Represent HCSG positively through courteous interactions with supervisors, co-workers, client staff, residents, and guests.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;font-family:'poppins' , sans-serif;color:#0d0d0d;font-weight:400">All other duties as assigned. </li></ul>

Qualifications:
