Develop, prepare, and submit environmental compliance documents such as Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasure Plans, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, annual EPCRA Tier II and TRI reports, Annual Waste Summaries, Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permit Applications, and Semi-Annual Compliance reports in accordance with local, state, and federal requirements, serving as the technical owner and primary author of deliverables. In this position: The successful candidate should have demonstrated the ability to apply local, state, and federal environmental regulations to deliver defensible compliance solutions for commercial, industrial, municipal, and governmental clients while supporting client development and practice growth, with a primary focus on air permitting projects.
