The division facilitates department-wide construction and maintenance for sheriff's facilities, manages fleet vehicles, provides grant writing and assistance, procures available state and federal equipment, inventories and issues department equipment, processes uniform needs and conducts research and special projects without compromise to quality, safety or service. Together, these Commands and Divisions provide services including land, air and sea-based patrol, custody operations, investigative services, emergency management, coroner services, forensics and specialty operations, among an extensive list of other public safety services.
