Other qualifications include the following: must be able to lift and handle heavy to light loads by pushing or pulling refuse carts and electric or battery powered equipment; must be able to bend, stoop, climb, push, pull, or crawl; must be able to follow written and oral instructions, policies and procedures; must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time; Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: Act 34. Gathers and disposes of refuse; washes wastebaskets and large refuse containers and relines with plastic bags; cleans light fixtures, tops of windows, door frames and other high places using ladders or scaffolds when necessary.
