Typical Duties and Responsibilities: Assumes the role of a Maintenance / Environmental Services Director and/or Technician which includes the following: Plan, develop, organize, evaluate, implement, direct, and supervise the Environmental Services, Maintenance, and Housekeeping departments, including all programs, services, and activities. Secure and coordinate with vendors and contracts for all departmental systems and operations, including but not limited to fire alarm, fire sprinkler, fire extinguishers, elevators, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, generator, kitchen hoods, snow removal, landscaping, trash removal, etc.
