Conduct testing, documentation, and validation of new People system functionalities and configurations to ensure optimal performance, data accuracy, and compliance with organizational requirements Lead end-to-end testing, documentation, and validation of new Workday functionalities, business process configurations, and semi-annual release updates, ensuring performance, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Must have experience utilizing an HRIS system, Workday preferred Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail Able to interact and communicate effectively with employees, vendors, contractors in a professional manner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Pay Disclosure The salary range for this role is $89,900 - $112,400 for Illinois based applicants.
