Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes ) Planning and conducting management studies to optimize organizational structure, workflow, and resource utilization; 2) Providing authoritative guidance and technical support on complex human resources operations including recruitment, employee relations, and training; and 3) Formulating, executing, and tracking comprehensive budgets for operational programs.
