Report immediately all grievances and complaints, all allegations of resident/patient abuse, neglect and/or misappropriation of resident/patient property, all incidents/accidents, no matter how minor, all unsafe/hazardous conditions or defective equipment, either by resident/patients or family to supervisor. Ensure that stock levels of housekeeping, floor cleaning supplies, disinfectants, equipment, etc., is maintained to provide a clean, safe and comfortable environment.
