1+ years of experience in environmental compliance, EHS, or related field (internships/co-ops applicable) * Exposure to ISO 14001 or environmental management systems preferred * HAZWOPER training or other EHS certifications preferred * Basic understanding of environmental regulations (EPA, state-level agencies such as UDEQ) * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Strong commitment to EHS and safe work practices.
