Certifications/Licensures: Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) (highly preferred), Certification as a professional Medical Laboratory Tech (MT-ASCP or MT-AAB, or MT-AMT or equivalent in area of specialty (preferred). Ability to identify and implement sound infection prevention and control strategies to prevent and control the transmission of infectious agents by development of sound IP policies that reflect current research and best practice models.
