Work is performed under the supervision of a Public Health Engineer who assigns, inspects and reviews the work to ensure compliance with the New York State Public Health Law, the New York State Environmental Conservation Law, the New York State Sanitary Code, the Rules and Regulations of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and the Suffolk County Sanitary Code.
